The picture you see here is me! My name is Mary and I am a survivor of verbal, emotional, and physical abuse. I hope the joy and excitement on my face stirs up a smile for you. It took years for me to heal and genuinely have joy again on the inside. The struggles I have had over the years kept me enslaved to my abuser(s) because I didn’t have resources available to me to give me the confidence I needed to escape, and I had no outlet in which I could confide my frustrations and abuse. It took several years for me to even recognize the “lifestyle” I was living as an abusive one. It was a miserable existence hidden by a fake smile. The purpose of this foundation is to help as many women as possible through education, providing resources, professional mental health assistance, legal advice/support and financial assistance. I want to help educate communities on the ‘silent’ abuse that happens behind closed doors and a fake smile. We can’t accomplish this mission without your support! Please take some time to look over our site, and consider donating to this much needed mission. If you are someone searching for help….you have come to the right place! I can’t do everything for everyone, but I want to do something for someone! Let us provide help and connections for you or someone you love! Take a look around, and please contact us with any questions you might have. ~ Love & Hugs ❤️ Mary
The purpose of this organization is to offer assistance to women caught in an abusive domestic relationship of any form. Whether it be verbal/emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, our organization will have the ability to offer resources and assistance including, but not limited to, mental health and counseling services, temporary housing, financial assistance, legal guidance, medical intervention, and job training and placement services.
The mission of this organization is to help women across the nation who feel they have no recourse or backing to escape their abusive situation. Many times in verbally and emotionally abusive situations, women are not granted assistance due to the difficulty in societal acceptance of this type of abuse as qualifying under the domestic abuse category. Many also feel it is difficult to ‘prove’ abuse in these situations because there is usually no physical evidence of abuse and the abuser many times appears, in public, to be the model partner; often showering their victim with gifts and praise in front of others. It is our goal to provide resources to these victims who feel trapped without help and assist them in taking control of their lives and validating their abuse, trauma, and feelings.
Who will this organization impact?
The intent of this organization is to impact individuals who feel they don’t have resources to assist them in escaping abusive situations. Our intended beneficiaries are women seeking professional mental health counseling, legal action and advocation services, job placement and vocational training assistance, financial resources assisting with but not limiting to rent deposits, utility deposits/payments, grocery assistance, and transportation needs. Our foundation will also assist victims with a woman to woman mentorship program as outlined below.
The core values in which this organization are founded upon, are a Holy Bible believing, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit driven Christian core belief system. Values are based upon the commandment to love one another and that is the foundation in which the spirit of this organization is based. No person shall be denied assistance regardless of their religious beliefs.
